I have a quick unboxing for you guys, considering you’re going to be seeing this in upcoming episodes!
It’s a monster 35 inch, curved monitor from BenQ! (BenQ EX3501R Ultra Wide Monitor to be exact!)
I’ve currently got an older Dell 27, it’s been a good monitor, good for grading, I’ve had it for 6 or 7 years now. One of the things it can’t do is resolutions over 1080 over HDMI!
I’ve got the Song 232 (From my Producing Prog Metal Course, which you can get here) up on the screen, and I can see every single fader and I’ve still got room to spare.
This screen is great in Premiere and Reaper, which is what I spend most of my time using these days! If I ever get a chance to start gaming again, I’ll definitely let you guys know!
