What we were listening to out in the room was fine, it sounded good! I was in such a hurry to get it out that I handed it off to an editor and uploaded the video without really thinking about it. So I watched it on headphones the other day when I started seeing all the comments of everyone saying “that sounds terrible.” So I put on headphones and it does sound terrible! What the fuck!
We were scratching our heads asking ourselves “Where’s the cabinet impulse? What the fuck happened?”
We double checked everything and we found the mistake! Our monitor was fine, but what was recorded was something else!
